I received an EOB from my insurance stating that they didn’t cover the lab services and that I owe the full billed amount. What should I do?

It’s common for insurance EOBs to deny claims and list the full amount as your responsibility. However, in most cases, the amount shown is not what you actually owe. We do not balance bill. Please contact our billing department at (949) 676-2028 for clarification and to check the status of your account.
